How is my monthly bill calculated?

Each month you pay $199 for the platform plus $9 for each billable student. Staff accounts, campuses, and core modules are included — you are not charged per user or per feature.

Who counts as a billable student?

Any student actively enrolled in at least one course during the billing month — full-time, part-time, or audit.

Are staff, faculty, or extra campuses extra?

No. Unlimited staff and faculty users and multiple campus locations live under one school subscription. Only active students drive the variable portion of your bill.

What if we exceed email or storage pools?

Most schools stay within the included pools. If you grow past them, overage is billed at published metered rates — we will notify you before any surprise charges.

Is SMS or text messaging included?

No. Text SMS is not part of the base subscription. If you enable SMS alerts, messages are billed separately at published per-message rates (typically via Twilio). Email is included in your monthly usage pool.

Do payment processors cost extra?

Nexxora does not add a markup on Stripe, PayPal, or similar gateways you connect. Those providers bill you directly for processing fees.

Can we evaluate Nexxora before subscribing?

Yes. Register your school, configure your portal, and invite your team. Paid subscription billing starts only when you activate your live plan.
